We had several speakers during our 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony. Our guest speaker, Tyrese Kitt, student at Harvard University, encouraged our scholars to see themselves as butterflies, reminding them that growth is a valuable process that requires patience and resilience. At the end of their journeys, it is our hope that our students will not only earn their diploma, but also find themselves. Superintendent Dr. Cave concluded the ceremony with a powerful reminder that each student has a unique purpose, and it is their responsibility to define and fulfill it as they move forward into the next chapter of their educational journey.
