Greetings parents and families. School will be closed on Tuesday, August 6th and Wednesday, August 7th due to the impending storm Debby. This includes all after-school activities and events. This decision was made based on the expert recommendations of the Allendale County Preparedness Team. We are grateful for this partnership and many factors were considered in this decision. The safety of our staff and students must always come first. Since we are in the beginning days of school, e-learning is not an option at this time. Everyone please take precautions and be safe in the storm. Please look for the next update on Wednesday, August 7th via our Facebook or website. We were excited to have our scholars back at school today. Please check your child's backpack for a Parent Letter from each teacher as well as information from our nurse. We appreciate your support and we look forward to seeing our students again tomorrow.
Today is the last day to pre-register your child! Powerschool coordinators will be in the elementary and high school cafeterias until 4:30 PM. Registration is required to receive a clear backpack and school supplies at the Back to School Bash. If you fail to register before the bash, we will also have stations on the day of the event where you can register.

Starting today, parents can register their children at the elementary or high school cafeteria from 9:00 AM-4:30 PM. Registration is required to get free supplies and backpacks at the Back to School Bash, so we strongly suggest pre-registering!
Congratulations to Lucy Krebs and Tyrese Hammond, who received the SC Governor's School for Mathematics and Science GoSciTech Summer Program Scholarship. This a full scholarship for middle school students to attend a week long course focused on mathematics, engineering, and science.

The students heard words of encouragement from Superintendent Dr. Cave, Principal Dr. Donna Dandy, and Guest Speaker Alashia Moultrie. There were also several performances by the Allendale-Fairfax Middle School Chorus.

Our 6th & 7th scholars will have their awards ceremony today at 12:15pm in the cafeteria. We are excited to celebrate their acadmic achievements.
There is excitement in the air!!! Tomorrow May 29, 2024, at 2:00 State Superintendent Weaver will make a special presentation and we want as many students of Allendale County Schools as possible to be in attendance. All Allendale-Fairfax Elementary students will be transported to the gymnasium of Allendale-Fairfax Middle/High for this presentation.
A-F Elementary students will start boarding the buses to be transported to A-F Middle/High at 1:20 PM. At the conclusion of this presentation all car riders will be transported back to A-F Elementary by 2:50 PM for dismissal. All students that ride a bus home will board their respective buses at A-F Middle/High and be transported home from there.
All A-F Middle/High students that ride a bus will be dismissed at 3:30 instead of 3:15.
